Our response to COVID-19
We want to reassure everyone that we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our customers, team members, and the wider community.
Even during the lockdown, customers with the appropriate insurance can continue to exercise their choice of repairer rights. So, if your insurance policy permits it, you can still have your choice of panel beater. With 27 locations across Victoria, chances are there's a Sheen Panel Service near you.
We will continue to implement all government and health advice as it is made available. To date, none of our team has had any contact with any confirmed cases of COVID-19. However, we are currently operating with the following in place:
A strict hygiene and disinfection regime is in place – We are following all precautions to ensure the spread is contained. This includes but is not limited to regularly sanitising our offices, panel shops and bathrooms. This occurs every day, or after every customer contact both in-house and out on site.
Disinfection of vehicles – All vehicles entering and exiting our premises are disinfected and fitted with protection kits. Rest assured all replacement vehicles are disinfected before being provided to a new customer.
Our staff are practising social distancing to keep our team fully operational.
Our team is well equipped with disposable gloves, disinfectant and anti-bacterial supplies and hand sanitisers.
We are asking all customers who require assistance to follow some simple rules before entering our premises
