The 2023 Bodyshop Awards were held in the Gold Coast this weekend, at the Home of The Arts. Our Sheen representatives were in attendance for both the Collision Industry conference and Awards ceremony where they accepted 4 awards on behalf of Sheen Panel Service.

Sheen Panel Service was awarded, Best Multi-Site Operator (MSO), Best Workplace (MSO), the Community and Social Responsibility Award and the Safety Award.

A big thank you to the team at Paint and Panel for a great night and congratulations to each of our Sheen locations whose individual contributions have led to the above awards!

Sheen Team

Winner: Best Multi-Site Operator

Awarded to a company or group to acknowledge how multiple business factors are applied to create an optimal workplace. Including safety, training, vision, internal network, community responsibility and workplace culture.

Sheen Panel Service operates over 27 locations throughout Victoria. Our teams work hard to ensure that all these factors are considered in the day-to-day business operations.

Winner: Best Workplace

At Sheen, we value our people. We know that it takes a whole team to keep a single shop running and we never want any of our team to feel underappreciated. We ensure this with a skew of initiatives from free lunch Fridays to Apprentice GoKarting. We invested over $50,000 into maintaining our workplace culture annually.

Winner: Safety Award

The Safety Award represents a commitment to maintaining a workplace where Safety is a priority. Each Sheen Panel Service location is held to the highest level of safety standards with consistent compliance across all regulations to keep both our team and our customers safe.

The recognition of this award is an opportunity for us to thank our sites for their diligence and continue to encourage a safety inclusive culture.

Winner: Community and Social Responsibility

The Community and Social Responsibility Award is about acknowledging the good work businesses in the industry undertake for the good of the communities they operate in.

At Sheen, we invest in the individual communities across our 27 stores whilst also having an overarching Community Fund that was founded so that we can help our wider community at scale.

We have raised over 5 million dollars in charitable funds through our Sheen Community Fund initiative and donate an average of $50,000 annually to specific local community initiatives from local sporting teams to social clubs and community events.
