Sometimes, an insurance company won’t give you a vehicle to drive following car accidents. If you’ve been in a motor vehicle accident, the last thing you want is to have your life affected.
Sheen offers a full fleet of accident replacement vehicles. While we undertake car repairs on your own car, you can get back on the road.
We also offer car delivery services, meaning we can pick up our rental car when we drop off your repaired vehicle.

1. If you are a customer who is not at fault and the at-fault party is insured, you will be provided with a hire car by Asset Rentals (subject to availability). The cost of the hire car will be charged to the at-fault party party's insurer by Asset Rentals. Your use of the hire car will be subject to the terms and conditions of the hire car agreement between you and Asset Rentals.
2. For all other customers, you will be provided with an accident replacement vehicle from Sheen (subject to availability). Your use of the courtesy car will be subject to the terms and conditions of the courtesy car agreement between you and Sheen.
Usually, you can drive the vehicle for the duration of your repairs. This will be from the time your vehicle arrives in our workshop until it is back in proper working order again.
We’ll match you up with a replacement vehicle that suits your needs and lifestyle. Our fleet is subject to availability, but we’ll always try to get you in the car that works best for you.
Our replacement vehicles are at no cost to you during the time of your repair. Speak to one of our team members for the terms and conditions.
