PANEL BEATER INSURANCE MAKES THE REPAIR PROCESS EASIER

Insurance is an important part of the panel beating repair process. As well as taking your car to the panel beaters, adjusting to a new routine while your car is being fixed, and arranging a hire car, you also need to speak to your smash repair insurance provider and start the claims process.

As well as being experts in panel beating and smash repairs, we’re also an insurance-approved panel beater in Melbourne, which means we can step you through the private and insurance work process after an accident. It’s all part of our excellent customer service. Regardless of whether you have comprehensive insurance, no insurance, or if you are at fault, make your first call to Sheen.

We also provide courtesy accident replacement vehicles for all of our valued customers. Feel free to request a model to drive away in while we get to work on your smash repairs.

Will my insurance cover the car repairs?

This depends on a number of factors, including the type of accident (for example, who was at fault), your level of insurance coverage, and your policy. Your insurer may cover a portion of the car repairs or the entirety.

Regardless, we offer competitive prices for our quality craft and high-quality repairs. We have extensive experience as an insurance-approved repairer and do everything we can to keep your costs manageable.

My insurer isn’t on your list. Does that mean I can’t come to Sheen for my crash repairs?

Not necessarily. The list of insurers is just a snapshot of popular companies we work with. If you can’t see yours above, contact your nearest Melbourne Sheen panel beater, and we’ll be able to help guide you through the process.

Can I decide which panel beater completes my accident repairs?

Some insurance policies include a choice of repairer which gives you the freedom to select Sheen Panel Service as your preferred repairer. If you’re not sure whether your policy covers this option, you can contact your local Sheen Panel Service, and our team of panel beaters will provide you with the necessary information and assistance.
