Starting not-at-fault insurance claims
It can be hard to know where to begin if you’re looking to claim another driver’s insurance company. Car insurance claims are complex, and a not-at-fault accident is not as straightforward as you think.
We can contact your insurer, who will contact the other driver’s insurance company. If you do not have car insurance, we can liaise directly with the at-fault party’s insurer on your behalf.
In the meantime, we can lend you one of our accident replacement vehicles if your car insurance policy does not include a hire car.

frequently asked questions about insurance
First, ensure you and the other people involved in the accident are safe and that the road has been made safe for passing vehicles. Then, trade insurance details with the other driver.
Do not admit fault for the accident. The police will make a detailed report, which the insurance providers will use to assess responsibility.
Then, call Sheen. We’ll organise a tow truck for you and have our claims team contact the insurance providers to sort out payment.
If you are the at-fault driver, we’ll still help you. Contact our team, and we’ll liaise with your insurer on your behalf while we repair your smashed vehicle.
We cannot recommend a car insurer. However, we can assure you that we work with all insurance companies and can liaise with them so that you don’t need to go through the stress of that process.
