How do I get home once I’ve dropped my car off?
We give you the option of an accident replacement vehicle. So you can drive home and around while your car is being repaired. If you do not need a courtesy car, we also provide a free pick-up and delivery service.
How do I know when to pick my car up?
We'll let you know as soon as your car is ready to drive away.
How long will the repairs take?
We complete your repairs promptly. However, all repairs are different, so times do vary. We'll give you a repair time estimate before you drop your car off. And we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way. So there is as little waiting as possible, and you know exactly when to pick up your vehicle.
Who do I pay my excess to?
We are happy for you to pay us, this way you are able to receive your excess reduction when you bring your car in for the repairs. We have credit card facilities available for your convenience.
